Toyota may provide personal information for the purpose of offering customers information related to products and services.
Toyota is deeply aware of the importance of protecting customer personal information and we believe that a healthy relationship with customers is not possible without ensuring the provision of customer personal information.
To further strengthen our relationships with customers, Toyota publishes our Privacy Policy.

We will not use customer personal information for any purposes other than the following.

To fulfill responsibilities related to transactions with customers.
To issue notices via postal mail, telephone, e-mail, etc., in order to provide information concerning regular inspections, mandatory inspections, and insurance policy expiration.
To distribute information via the shipment of printed matter, telephone, and e-mail, etc. to provide information concerning our products, services, events, and campaigns.
To conduct surveys via postal mail, telephone, e-mail, etc. for product development and to evaluate measures related to customer satisfaction improvement.
The use of customer credit information, information concerning payment status after payment start and the payment status of past liabilities to make credit decisions and management after extending credit.

Information obtained based on insurance administration consignments received from the following insurance companies will be provided to the scope necessary to execution operations related to property insurance, life insurance, and ancillary services.

We comply with customer requests for personal information.

If the customer wishes to confirm or correct personal information, we will comply with disclosure requests based on the submission of specified documentation.
Disclosure request forms and other specified documents can be received from the Customer Help Desk or the nearest rental site.
We will respond with reasonable requests for disclosure if we are provided we can receive documentation to provide individual identify (driver's license, etc.). (Personal information requests are subject to a processing fee (800 yen per request).
